  This is an example of Dubstep and Electro because it provides both drum beats. 0:20 is the Dubstep drum, 2:29 is the Electro drum. :P

  Looking at the chords now and you could mix it up with a Dm / CM7 - Am7 / Em7 / Ddim - DM7

  The Am7 would be inverted and I'd probably leave out the root on the DM7 and put it in the bass. You can also Em7 can also alt with G7, so you've got lots of mixing up options with the progression :)
