Solace has helped me come to a conclusion. Nothing is impossible with practice and true intent. From civil rights, all the way to producing a song. And those two things are probably how I've gotten to this point in music. My intent in this track was to capture the sound of the heart of Atlanta's rap culture today. The term "trap" actually goes beyond the music. It's a street lifestyle. Ironically enough though, I wonder what Martin Luther King would have to say about the state of ATL today. Would he like the sound of the music but not promote the lifestyle? Is that even possible to do? I'm rambling, but its just some thoughts. But yo, enjoy the track!
