Somethin i want to say for anyone else that listens to this song. I did make the cover for this.
I decided to make a new lugia's song because i had learned a few new tricks since the last one. This one is unfinished too. Hope u like! :)

If i were you i would put a but more release or put a reverb so that its a bit more flowy
