I feel that asking me if your track is "good" isn't really a fair question. I'm not a professional and what's "good" is usually mostly subjective to the listener. I like the idea that you're going for here, and it's not executed "badly" in the way you might be thinking.
There are some things that could certainly be improved, like the strength of the track via # of sounds or instruments or more layers, etc...

I like the way you're trying to incorporate multiple sounds, but they need to be blended better. The mix is overall a bit piercing and loud in the high frequency areas, and some of the vocal samples are to blame as well.
I like how you are getting that dancey feel with those vocals, but they need to be closer to the front of your soundstage, before the synths and basses. Try running some stuff through a filter and or EQ or look up vids on these tools if you're unfamiliar
