It was really that feel that put it over the top for me to post.
Some honesty here: The update is coming up; I'm not quite sure this computer can handle it. So I've got some worries there. I may be having an 'upswing' in fans/followers/comments/likes (listens, be like before!), but at the same time, ESJ may already be dead...

I'm not dead, but I'm getting there. One way we die is to sin, flesh and the world. Each of those kills our soul, but we have to become dead to them. Playing Possum could have been a better title/analogy, just does not play well in the frequencies. But that fella is still alive, right? Out of sight, out of mind; its already happened in their minds.

Aha! I experienced a similar set of feelings while making SoulQuest, which is how the '17' part came about. Was going to publish before that, experienced those feelings, HAD to find some other grouping of samples to 'complete' the SoulQuest.

first i looked at the release date 20120330 and i thought to myself, 'he's already tomorrow. then i looked up at the title. and saw "you're already dead" and i got confused about tomorrow and dead; then i got deja vu; then nausea; then love for the mighty immortal soulquest, and the everlasting and eternal electronic sound tagfesting jamboree. yesssssssss!!!! keep captaining the outsider rockit. we ride together.
