It's pretty simple if you know some music theory. Just some chords, get a melody and countermelody going, then just find a good drum kit and you're golden.
If you want something a little more like this, add a good amount of variation in the drums, get the rassel's going for a bit of fx, flute in the back in a couple sections, and mostly keep the hihats on every 8th note.
As long as you know what you're doing, you can easily crank one of these out.
