Oops, that's FNaF 2 that it plays in.
Based on "Pop Goes the Weasel", which plays in FNaF 3 if you fail to keep the music box wound. As such, this track contains the scream sound from that game (made by Scott Cawthorn).
You forgot the music box, didn't you?
