tried a suggestion that @kurp made.

I routed the signal from the kick to the sidechaininput of a compressor that limits the bass in the Moment the kick hits.

In the original track, I solved this by automating the centroid channel of the bass by always lowering the volume there for a short moment at the time of the kick.

Of course, with the compressor you have much better options to set this precisely.

Hope I can hear the difference on my good speakers later.

I think this could be a sollution for future tracks.
