Sounds well put together, I like how it develops :) Some parts remind me a bit of Downside Up (don't know if it was a source of inspiration). I'd muffle a bit the high freqs of the synths with a lowpass filter - it will leave more space for the chimes to be heard and it will make the track softer to the ears. Also, I'd reduce the pads' panning automations (it feels like there's no sound in one ear then in the other one), or fill this void with other sounds

i also put the chies -30 to -20 volume so that might be why they are hard to hear... ill fix them @sea foam and the wind :)
