Haven't heard the full song, so here's a preliminary: could use a bit of toning down (as Cult says), im thinking some delayed sounds of such could add to it whilst in the background, don't know what you are planning but im a sucker for poly-rhythmic hihats which might go well, some extra percussion perhaps?
