it's obviously not as popular but there's a dedicated userbase and there's actually a recent post on r/edmproduction that mentions it

i can't really compare it to either fl or ableton since i have only used the demos of those, but i'm really enjoying it so far. signal routing is pretty intuitive, piano roll is nice, setting up vsts and fx is effortless, and from what i've heard, it's really easy on the cpu. also it's skinnable and generally customizable which is super fun.
