Yes, so basically: The AUX1 on the left Cent sends its reverb to the AUX2 which is the delay. If you use that alone (AUX1), you still have the signal sent to the delay.
As for the second centroid, it just... reverbs.
There are two Centroids: "Pingverbtroid" and "Reverbtroid". If you want to have ping-pong and reverb on a synth, then send it to Pingverbtroid and use aux1 and aux2. If you want to have ping-pong only, then send it to Pingverbtroid and use aux2. If you want only reverb, then send it to Reverbtroid and use aux1.
