[Icebox's Vocal Remix Challenge (Found Me VIP)]

I had no idea when I was ever gonna get another chance to work on this, so I spent the last little while, sorta rushing, trying to get this all done in one go. This is pretty much done, but I may still keep republishing it whenever I feel the need to go back and add/change little things. I kept most of the elements from the original draft (which is why a lot of it sounds professional, that's Icebox's work for ya), and then added on with my style. This was a ton of fun, thanks Icebox for giving me this cool concept to remix! I especially loved messing around with the vocal chops and making some of my own from the audio there. I also finally tried making ONE preset XD

BTW when I was working on this, I really wanted to change the BPM of the song so I could turn it into the EDM that I wanted to- it happened to change the pitch of everything when I sped up the BPM, and I couldn't figure out how to change the pitch of the audio samples, so that's why the damn vocals are high pitched now lol

I decided to work with it though. The vocals were slightly annoying to me in their high pitch form at first, but I got kinda used to them after working on this track for a little while.

  • this is solid. also btw. u can maintain the pitch of the samples if you use the timestretch mode when u right click the sample. its a very helpful trick that is surprisingly good in Audiotool.

  • Love this!!!!!!! It is a very chill banger lol :D

  • NUMBER 4 ON CHARTS?!?! YOOOOO I think this is the first time I've had 2 EDM tracks charted at the same time!!!

  • this should go on the radio

    • Thank you so much guys, I worked harder on this one so that means a bunch. Btw you both have cute pfps

    • hikey tho

  • wow

  • Love this remix!

    • Thank you!!! And good to know. Your vocals are awesome, Ice-siblings!

    • oh yea this be my sister btw XDDD

  • This kick is sorta bugging me, should I risk changing it or trying to add another one for a layered kick?

    • I think I might wanna turn down the volume of the chords in the drop too, they seem to drown out the vocals a bit to me. I'm also not satisfied with the second build up, which is pretty much a copy paste of the first one- which could normally work, but this time I think it doesn't go with the second drop considering the fact that the second drop has actual vocals and not continuous vocal chops.

  • This is great and with a few small changes I would love to hear this at a rave

  • amazing

  • Wow

    Nice mix my ER Sama!

U really handed the vocals to fit,

Just awesome, and that sub... Uufff, love it!

  • Republished

Took away chiptune thing, it didn't fit lol

  • Republished

Added a pluck that I love, and a tiny chiptune thing

  • Republished

Added panning effects to a couple presets :D

    • (I feel like this is the most I've ever republished a track- but I mean, I do care about this project, I'm trying to make it sound really good.)

  • Republished

Tried to add a bit of a bass drop right before the drop itself, I'm hoping it'll make the build-up spoicier

  • Does anyone else think the chords of the drop drown out the vocals a little, or is it okay?
