    Sure! I used a sample instead of a synth for bass, so your results may be different - the sample I used (HB_130_F#_Choker) was already distorted. But what I did was run the sample through a Detune and a Tube Distortion box - the Detune is why it sounds so fat. To get the wobble sound you can hear at 0:29 I changed the tune knob on the Detune.
