nice use of the panning there!
I kind of butchered the ambisonic decoding process as AT doesn't have mathematics modules.
Essentially this is a way to pan a sound in a 360deg circle around the listener with the ability to (roughly) adjust location and distance.
You first have to split a mono signal into four channels (one gets discarded in this particular format, so I only split it into three), then apply some simple maths (similar to Mid/Side) to encode it as b-format ambisonic s. Then, it needs to be decoded into LF LB RB and RF channels which are panned LR accordingly. The rear channels I applied some gentle EQ and a little reverb to send them behind the listener a little better - applying super basic psychoacoustics, essentially.
