i love how you filled up this page it is very attractive it almost feels professional. a full description, a decent title, plenty of tags, a proper cover. even if the track was bad, i still would've favorited it just because of that.
This track is culmination of a whole lot of studying, perfect practice and high effort and mostly advice and tips from a much of the Audiotool community. I would have never thought that I would get here this soon.
.
` This started out as a 2 year old draft that I decided to redo. The draft this came from was very short, and sounded exactly like 0:00 - 0:56 , just a lot more raw. Within the first week of track making and trying to get good sound design I was unsure how to continue with what I had, so I left it alone for a while. When I came back I played around with more design to achieve the secondary coarse-mid-bass that you hear in the drop, which sprung ideas for the drop. By then I had decided what genre I wanted this to be [This is my first Complextro / Electro-House mix].
` The drop was easy enough to do; the struggle I had was always a good lead design. I failed twice with the but on the third I eventually settled with Space for a lead. After I had completed the chorus I accidentally slid up the "Glide" knob on the Space...and I just left it as it was.
` The middle part was a bit hard to do. Again, making a good lead / melody design was a bit hard, and I had to trash a whole lot of ideas before I came up with the current one. After I had completed the little period of rest, the track sort of completed itself through repetition.
` Some few edit I did after completion is I kind boosted the synths cause they were a bit too quite compared to the percussion and I boosted the bass, which has been an error I've committed multiple times before (results in an empty-sounding track)
.
I still see room for improvement but this was a great experience for me.
