I don't think the snare needs to be pitched up, but maybe a little envelope on it would help. I almost want to hear more play with panning. Having every sound in its own place kinda deconstructs the illusion of all these sounds just popping out of nowhere, so panning a bit could properly discombobulate the listener and reconstruct that feeling.

I have the feeling that the snare should be a little bit snappier. Maybe pitch it up a little bit, or shorten the tail. Just my opinion ofc :)
