it is difficult to say a genre, because the 303 is so raw and the audio clip is so glassy... it sounds like two different tracks played togheter, one reminds me a haute-couture show Floria Sigismondi Style and the bass reminds me a crowdy small pot smeelling garage. Maybe both are part of your universe....
