I think the trick lies in learning the pulv/hesien and usage of effects for new sound design...thats my 2 cents anyway...btw, nice track :D

...but i prefer it this way, it took me a LONG time to understand how to use the instruments and effects. YES, its somewhat limiting (the bassline isnt exactly very evolved, its basically a one voice synth) and the drums (beatbox 8/9) use the same sounds all the time...it CAN feel a little boring since the drums MIGHT not change at all, but thats where true dedication and love for the art comes in...

if i ay speak my mind, smaples are abreat way to "get the idea" of how music can be structured, to understand what types of sound goes with what and how to make an intro, verse, break, bridge, outro, etc.
Now, i dont use samples anymore...some might consider it a loss, since the Machiniste ONLY uses samples...

RubyBooms uses only samples and she does live dj shows....chjeck out her tracks on here she is 100 % my fav artist onb audiotool..she makes amazing stuff with only samples....but given u r new i dont think it applies to u yet..cool remix

dj are extraordinaires at mixing samples...i have my opinions about the quality of peoples tracks when they only use samples and they have been making music for a while...if you are only gonna use samples then you have some skill by doing...its not that hard in which case you should be able to make it sound so it is flowing...alot of people on here who only use samples make it known they only use samples because the track changes so much it sounds like sh1t....

agreed to a degree of agreedness...u should def make your own stuff...1: you are just starting out..every1 uses samples when just starting out 2: almost EVERY SINGLE DJ DOES NOT make their own music...they use samples upon samples upon samples...so if u wanna be a dj samples are the easiest route..i wanna dj but i weanna make my own music...
