tad bit late to the party but, 2016 basses are still used in modern music, you cant tell because of post-processing, nothing wrong with heisen, in fact i found it to be like a serum lite in the way i use it (starting on tearout now). but i do find it irritating how few popular dubstep tracks have gone in the ways of improving a sound to be more than it was before
