Basically, they cant rename it and say its theirs, they will have to state that its a remix of your song. so you're safe from people re-uploading

Just leave it remixable. When they upload it, it will say "Bass Storm ([artist] remix) so that they can't claim it as original work.

Is it possible I can republish it so you can remix it, then when you've published the remix I can republish the track so that it is unremixable? (Anyone can answer!)
