  As natsuki said, this needs some synthwork. The track's core is good (melody's a bit repetitive imho, an octave change isnt actual variation), but most synths sound "flat", If u'r using the heisen, try adding oscillators with a different enveloppe. The stereodetune (red) is also good to give some "deepness" to your sound. Delay or a pingpong delay setup can also do a lot for plucks.
