what about sampling something for a whole measure longer but a whole octave raised? That way when you lower the bpm by half, you can get that extra measure in there?

The hidden sample is a timeline bounce of the drums w/o kick at 120 bpm, so I can preserve the rhythm and make the track longer. Otherwise, I kept it short n sweet! Enjoy!
