2 tracks in one day? Yeah I know it's a lot, but I had lots of ideas. Some, like that bass on the end, turned out pretty good. I got the idea to modulate the frequency with the noise, and how to get a nice build up bass. I found that multiple slopes in a row get a nice effect. I got the idea to make the yoybass low, and I used Amoeba's advice to adjust the downsampling. I kept using the reverb on the snare/clap. A quick beat came out of these ideas. Enjoy! And please comment :)

  • @fynn what's sidechain compression?

  • i should remix some of your stuff sometime! :)

  • wow! this is really awesome! that bass is just so crazy!!! amazing experiment! :)

  • Heres an idea! I love making basses and i got some tips n tricks.

Tub3 d is good for distortion but a crusher works good too.

Adding sidechain compereession to your lead bass helps move the track around the bass lead.

  • wow your bass is really coming along!!!!!! Excellent bass! Have you played with the bit crusher yet? You'd love it if you use it with the bass to create some filthy drop fillers or what not :p ..idunno, just an idea!
