I probably wont turn this into anything, I just wanted to make something cool for once. But I do promise to use this sound design in a track in the future :)

Tearout is a subgenre of dubstep. And the majority of Tearout consists of basses called guns, which is the main tonal sound you hear (For those who don't know)
All pass is like a band pass, notch filter, low-pass, high-pass. Except all-pass is letting no frequencies getting cut, or added. I'm simply just creating dispersing points in between the small parts where there isn't an EQ. If you have enough of them, you get a squishy plucky transient sound
