The hi-hats would sound better if they were actually pitched. The sub-bass is off-tune, the snare is excessively loud. However, I like the synthesizer, but to be completely honest, this beat sounds heavily rushed and I'm not completely certain if you scrambled to publish this, but whatever the case may be, please work more on this, it is far from complete.

Most definitely! It's not very fun sticking to one genre, it's why I love expanding on genres, try to experiment and get better at my craft.

yeah i wanna get good at lo fi: i make old school hip hop and that can sometimes be very similiar to lo fi..
maybe not like this kind of track with trappy drums
but being able to make good lo fi would be greay

This is actually Lo-Fi because Trap is sometimes more aggressive, sometimes it's chill. Anyways, I would recommend you go check out lofi channels on youtube, there's some decent ones, and maybe you can replicate that idea to make some good sounding lofi.
