One of the heisenbergs has resonating harshness in the frequencies which I think is coming from the bell lead preset. But either way what I would recommend doing is going to the oscillator settings right near the modulation on the right corner where you see the little knobs. You could possibly turn one of those down to reduce the harshness. I think it's how someone made the synth itself and not really necessary for eqing unless it's really really harsh.

Also what I like about the song is that you incorporated different layers of sounds in your soundscape. It tells a nice story too the way you wrote the midi notes down and stuff. There's nice variation when the drums come in. Your song is simple and doesn't require a lot of effects which is a great starting point in creating music. I favorited the song for that reason. Good job!

Like the melody, needs more EQ on the melody and on the drums. Try learning about the Curve a bit more and start using ParametricEQ for this.
