The drumbeat, whilst uninspiring was at least of your own construction. The kick however, needs to be eq'd properly with the bass (you call it an 808, I presume). At the moment it is distorting.
The lead...massively unoriginal. You could have at least chopped up the notes and placed them individually yourself to create your own melody, or, if you were going to use the sample as was, added other synths in to create something different.

Youtube has a bunch of tutorials on it that translate really well.
In essence, what you want to do is lower the frequencies in the bass that overlap with the main part of the kick (in terms of kick freqs) and also vice versa.
Cut both below 40hz too.
For a harsher version, you could cut the overlapping freqs almost entirely.
On top of this, sidechain compression works wonders to stop too much muddying of the mix by clashing freqs.
