I saw your board post and decided to share my thoughts. Your chords sound nice: they are a pleasing composition for chords. My main qualm is that the song feels.... empty. From what I can tell, it's basically just a single sequence of chords with a supporting drumline. What it could use is some variance and syncopation. (I think those sre the right words)
An easy way to create variance in a song is to re-pitch a melody and then modify the supporting noises. I think a good example of this is in my song "From Thin Air: Boss Beta" at
00:38
. It is different from the song, yet the same.
A syncopated rhythm strives to fill the empty space in a song. While your song always has notes playing, it can still be "empty". Try adding an additional melody that focuses on more of a "swing" feel. Try putting notes on the "e"s and the "a"s of beat. This will help the song to engage the listener by mixing things up.
Variance is a callback to the main idea while changing an element. If you decided to make this song longer, you would want some of the chords to be variant. Be careful however: you want to keep your ratio of standard:variant ideas high, because if you have too much variance it becomes hard to find the main theme.
