  @duckie Are these sampled 808s or custom-made 808s? Whatever the case is, they sound bland and uneasy in the mix. You should make them blend more in your mix.

    I sometimes use drum kits, but they get annoying when you can hit the proper notes on their functions.

    they're sampled. i got them out of a pierre bourne drum kit. i can try and blend them though. thx for the advice :)
