I'm just saying if a master tech makes 39hr flag time, then why when he's leader of a team of 3 we have to split 28hr flag time? If he made 260 hours in a pay period his check would be 10,140. But if we as a team would make 260 hours collectively we would all 3 have to split 7,280. The math isn't mathing. Where is this 2860$ going?
