this does sound like NF... only feedback is that i would add a high pitched orchestra stab or something
ima be honest- i've made about 1000 NF type beats- he is one of my BIGGEST inspirations in music, but ive never liked any of the beats i've made. I think i finally did it so pls don't let this flop
