I'm releasing an album on Bandcamp of two pieces that I made on Audiotool.
This is not the type of music that I normally encounter on Audiotool, but I think some of you may find the use of the workstation for less overtly dance-oriented music interesting. I love this site and find that the nature of the workspace really shaped the music itself. Would love for as many of you as possible to hear the results.
The album is called Dream Car Cold Car. It's longform electronic music indebted to minimal techno, classical drone, Miles Davis "In a Silent Way", ambient noise, glitch, post-rock, new age, Afrobeat, American primitive, space rock, and movie scores.
The full album will drop next Friday, 1/28.
