I am inexperienced at sound design and want to get a certain sound. Here are some examples:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JFcVsiiRGqY (lead synth in drop, around 0:41)
I know I need a delayed attack time and some kind of noise being generated, and I think I should use the Heisenberg, but I don't know where to go from there. Any help would be appreciated!

To me it seems that most of the character of the sound comes from the movement of the filter. In the first case, its cutoff seems modulated by a note-triggered LFO with a ramp down (down saw-tooth wave) and in the second case, with a quite fast triangle (first up, then down). The filter seems to be quite hard, like 24db/Octave. As for the oscillators, they don't sound very complicated. I think it's simply a detuned saw-tooth wave. I agree that it seems to have a bit of noise added, maybe pink. I think that the Pulverisateur is more than enough for this. I hope it helps!
I would guess that a bit of resonance on the filter might help enunciate it.
That helps a ton, thank you!

Try to experiment, it is what I do sometimes.
