I'm hopefully going to make my next song DnB, and while I liked using the newloops samples for my EDM track ("Gamer Nights") I'd like to know either:
1.) What are some good DnB samples, or ones that are good enough?
or 2.) If there aren't any DnB-styled oneshots, how's some good ways to modify them to sound DnB?

I’m sure there’s still some break loops to work with. You can chop those up or use them vanilla I guess. I’m pretty sure the amen samples were wiped so just look for other breaks.
There are some audiotool DnB loops, which you can use to make crazy stuff with effects.
I would put the rasselblock and play around with the tempo (Next Beta only) and it sounds cool
You might consider asking Newloops themselves, which samples from their catalogue would they recommend. Also sound editing tips, for them, since they must necessarily be experts in that department themselves.
