Frigolito made one from scratch a few years back if your looking to make your own. If your just trying to do so with a sample, I recommend fiddling around with the crusher and a slope.
Try looking at the terms called "vocoder" or "vocoding". Mxcii and Sim made some demoes of it, its the act of taking the input of a sample (vocal sample) and throwing it into a multiband coding, that then re-sends it back into a synth, succesfully converting your vocal sample into a synth that plays the vocals that you wanted. The multibanding is a MUST, since it filters out all the frequencies that you dont want in vocals tonal range.
