Pitch Effect

Chilly Mountain Prod. · started 2017-12-09 02:21 · updated 2018-01-02 11:45

You here it a lot. Right before the drop the pitch drops drastically then follow by a short silence. Then the pitch shoots up again just in time for the drop. I know there is a pitch setting (using the pulv. synth), but how I do a perfect this effect?

Depending on what you want exactly, you might be able to have better control of this effect by using slide notes in the note region for the synth.

You can use a pitch delay turn off all feedback and you are left with level so you would turn that to 100% Then pitch at normal is 50% so you can make ur pitch go up an octave or down an octave :P Hope this helps. But personally idk if this is even proper

Everything is then delayed, you would then have to move either the whole track inline with this one synth, or move the synth notes backwards to keep it aligned.
I wouldn't recommend this method.

maybe if u put another pitch delay on the master with no pitch automation and knobs are turned down with the pitched sample or synth worked around it it works?

It's milliseconds, but still a delay.

It works, yes, but there are easier ways to achieve the results.
