What about adding a link to the song and a timestamp for the sound you mean? Also, why not just ask for tips on how such a sound might be made and then trying yourself? You'll learn more that way than if you expect someone to just do it for you.
I have to agree with Jordi. Its best to experiment with different sounds and equipment to see if you get something you like. its best to try yourself than have somebody just do it for you just like that. that's how you learn and get better at mixing and producing.
