In the segment that you mention, to me the bass seems to be made of two layered sounds. The lowest one with fewer notes sounds like a distorted 808 kick with a moderate decay and lots of harmonics. Then there is the faster bass on top of it, which sounds like a relatively simple waveform with a fast decaying envelope for the filter and lots of resonance, which makes it squelchy. I'm not sure but the pitch also seems to be modulated together with the filter. Then there's that percussive sound on top of everything playing syncopated notes, which seems to be made of a single sample of something noisy and metallic pitched low.
