Sounds like the two main features of the bass line are lots of distortion and side-chain compression. Try a Pulv with a single oscillator set between saw and square, filter cutoff around 300-350 Hz and add a Tube Pedal with blend on the right side and drive up to around 90%, just before it breaks into a square wave. Connect to a compressor and side-chain your kick to it.
