If you mean the fundamental frequency, you can't easily find it out inside Studio. The Curve EQ has a spectrum analyser but it's not detailed enough and won't tell you the equivalent note. What I do is to play the sample or sound and record the audio inside another program that can show you a detailed frequency spectrum analysis. I use Audacity for it. I hover over the highest peak to see the frequency and equivalent note.

There's another trick with curve: Emphasize a single narrow frequency band. When you hit the right frequency, curve will start clipping like hell :)
