Would it be alright to upload stems made with/oneshots from Manda Audio's MT Power Drumkit 2? I checked the usage terms to see if it says anything about redistribution and it doesn't, not even in the manual. MTPD2 is a free drum sampler VST. Is there a standard for freeware like this when it isn't mentioned in the terms?

I wouldn't upload the individual one shots to AT unless you have written permission from them (you can use their contact form). Usually every sample or virtual instrument publisher forbids redistribution. You can probably upload instead a drum track or stem you've created with it yourself, but I'm not 100% sure of that.
