I'm sure it is
for people curious on this instrument i'm pretty sure it uses flows of low electricity flowing through objects or people to ultimately read and form into sound waves emitting sound thats what i've gathered from the videos i watched
Hope that the level of electricity flowing is lower than the one in an electric fence for cow pasture. Otherwise, it will sound like a rim shot slapping your neck. Not speaking from experience
