Boom. Today we’re launching Mix, our browser-based DJ tool, which empowers all users to mix any of the 3M+ tracks from the library of Audiotool content and create broadcast channels so others can tune in on your DJ set. Let’s get right to it.
As you know, https://www.audiotool.com/user/kepz/ has been part of our team since the beginning of the year. He applied with a pure, yet very raw prototype of a great idea.
A few months later, we are proud to present to you the first version of his passion project, which he managed to complete more or less on the side with the support of the team.

*Browse the entire collection of Audiotool tracks and create tracklists
*Enjoy basic features like EQ, pitch, jog-wheel, sync, and of course, a crossfader
*Choose from three styles the theme that suits you best
*You can connect your mix via MIDI to your controller
*Go live and share your mix with friends and the community through your Audiotool Radio Channel

it's on radio.audiotool.com i think, but you need flash player to run it.
And apparently to broadcast too
There's a link you can send people when you go live
On radio.audiotool.com/{username} for a particular user. Maybe it would be nice to provide a listing of all current broadcasts on radio.audiotool.com.

When I try to run it it says it requires the latest version of Adobe Flash
Depends on your Djing style. For beginners, i highly recommend: Hercules DJ Control Starlight / Or Numark DJ2GO2 Touch. They have all the essentials, (I actually own both) And have done house parties with them before. Great for the fundamentals before you get into proper gear.

ive been experimentin a bit with this and i enjoy it a LOT, this is really nice for a passion project mister cool dub guy ! :)
my only gripe though is that you can see anyone's hidden tracks which doesnt sit right with me
but i have an idea, dont know if it would work or not
maybe make it to where you enable and disable your hidden tracks being seen on mix in AT or mix settings or something, and have it be disabled by default or somethin
feels like a good compromise dont know how yall feel about that
maybe yall thought about that already im not sure
dont take this in a bad way by any means though because this is fucking awesome

Ya'll just stepped up AudioTool like to the max..See I've already been mixing my tracks. I've got CDj's and a 4 channel mixer and I've got a DJ app using turntables that I also mix on. Ya'll just blew my mind with this awesome set up...Makes things way more fun now..Good Idea Kepz and thanks AudioTool for making it happen..Ya'll rock...
Ok I'm just gonna pass it off as My internet isn't on full bars I went live playing and recording an ON Air set and one CDJ reset my timing after I had adjusted it to the other track and then the ON Air time had reset back to 00:00 like I had just started a new set...I'm gonna go where I know my signal is full bars for Wifi/Internet....Other than that...This is an awesome freaking app. I'm absolutely very impressed with the CDJ's .. Can have 3 or 4 CDJ's at a time. Whichever you choose .. I just with the Mixer could stay the same at 4 channel but I understand why the Mixer is only is as big as it needs to be.. When you start off with 2 CDJ's you start off with a 2 channel mixer..Add a 3rd CDJ and then the mixer expands to a 3 channel mixer. Same for 4 CDJ's. Which is what I'm only used to these days..4 Channel Mixer...The crossfader is spot on and I'm loving the entire set up...Very Highly Impressed on my part guys..Go AudioTool.. Thanks Kepz for coming up with the idea.. Best Idea Ever Please Keep the app free.. Which I'm sure will as long as we are only able to play tracks from the AT website...All good..Doesn't stop me from Djing...LOL
Ok I'm confused I wasn't aware we could hide tracks..LOL Is there something I'm missing? Idk me personally I'm not trying to hide no music...The more everybody hears from you the better..Thats like a while back some of my other Dj friends would try to basically archive the Best and most Rare tracks and drop them on their next DJ sets..Sneaking them in...I don't know thats not me i guess..Hey to each their own..I'm not judging lol
