Ladies and Gentlemen,

We're glad to support the team behind the second issue of the Audiotool Awards . As in the previous year, they encourage everyone to cast their votes and help determine the winners in various categories. Without further ado, I will now pass the microphone to the esteemed members of the Audiotool Awards team.

Announcement

Hello everyone! Welcome to the second annual Audiotool Awards! As long-time Audiotool users, we love to see new artists join the community and flourish and older users become recognised. We want to celebrate the accomplishments of this community here with some well-deserved acknowledgements of creativity, hard work, and of course, fun! Voting is now open in the following categories! You can access the google polls page linked below to submit your choices. The categories are:

1. Best new artist

There have been many new users on the site in the past year! Which of them has caught your fancy? The rules for this category are: - Must have joined Audiotool in 2022 / Must have become more active in the community within the last year.

2. Most improved

This category is open to all users, regardless of the time on the site. Who do you think has grown the most as an artist? We love to see progress! That's an entirely subjective category! Please leave your reason(s) why you think this artist has improved the most in the spreadsheet. Links to previous works are welcome.

3. Best use of an AT device

What piqued your interest? Any new techniques that everyone should know? Let us know. Please add a link to the artist's track(s) and include a short statement about the nature of the usage.

4. Best cover art

Has someone's discography captivated your eye? What's the best design you've seen? Please link to the user's tracks in the poll so we can all check it out! The rules for this category are: The cover art must be original or credit the creator.

5. Most helpful

Who have you seen mentoring new artists and spreading positivity around the community? Let us know! We'd love to meet them. Please include a short statement explaining why you have picked them.

These first five categories will be open to the public to vote on. Once the polls close, our judging team will go through the entries and select one winner and one runner-up. We also welcome you to vote on the following three categories. The judges will pick them based entirely on popular vote by the community!

The categories are:

1. Artist of the year: Who came into their own as a producer in 2022? What new style did you enjoy? Whose musical journey has inspired you?

2. Track of the year: Which track has had you addicted since it was released? Please explain why you think it, above all others, has been the best track of 2022.

3. Best collaboration: Which group on the site made something that blew you away? Was it a unique blend of styles? Was it the perfect duo? Let us know!
