What do you mean Audiotool glitches? Do you mean the audio quality is glitching? If that is what you mean then maybe you can try downloading the Audiotool Booster application. It could also be that your CPU is being overloaded or that you have too much stuff open in the background.
I agree with @master_68 's response. It's not an ultimate fix but it will help. However, to give you a bit more of a technical answer (an unverified one), Audiotool's rendering engine isn't the greatest, therefore to render the devices on your screen, it takes a lot more resources than it's supposed to. I don't know if it's a WebGL problem or an optimization issue, however, I do hope there's a fix for that at some point and I hope you have managed to remedy the issue at least temporarily! :)
