I changed It from 60 to 65 and seemingly nothings happening, what's It supposed to be? Am I just dumb and don't understand It? There's a BPM and time signature already, and It's In numbers so I'm certain It's not the key. It's not the volume either I turned It to 0 and 100 and still nothing noticable.

I believe you're talking about the global shuffle. It basically shifts some notes on the timeline over to create a sort of swing effect. You have to enable it on an instrument in the timeline with the gear on the left. Personally I don't use it because it doesn't seem very useful lol
