a lot of the time it could be widely offensive comments or talk of suicide
*talk of suicide that is frequent enough to arouse concern
i believe getting constant threats or having spam on your wall warrants a lock or hide too
there was a guy who deleted a reply chain with over 1k comments in it full of jokes and a week later he got his wall locked
If you follow the terms and conditions you will have nothing to worry about.
If I may add: Even terms and conditions aside, if you behave like a normal human being and not like a total moron, you'll be fine.
(Basic) decency will bring you a long way in real life as well as on Audiotool :-)
(Kicking people is rather rare and so is locking walls or making them hidden. Most people here are nice.)
