I'll normally record my vocals in another DAW like Pro Tools or Audacity so that I can layer harmony, or whatever while an audiotool session is looped in the background on my headphones. It's not the most efficient work method, but it allows you to sing along with your track made on here. You can do this same thing with probe recording.

Either click and drag a selection around the audio you wish to keep and choose Edit > Crop or press C, or around the audio you wan tot remove and choose Edit > Delete or press Backspace.

From within the Studio, choose "Project > Sample Upload > Upload Sample..." on the top bar menu. This will open Probe, Audiotool's sample editor.
