I am currently unable to upload a sample I made every time I try to upload it so I can use it it says there are too many samples waiting for approval, do you know when I will be able to upload again?

Wrong board.
Due to massive copyright infringement we are forced to review the samples uploaded. This takes an enormous amount of time. If too many samples are waiting to be reviewed, no more samples can be uploaded.
